A plain-language privacy note.

This is a public information and learning resource. It keeps data to a minimum, does not sell anything, and this note explains exactly what happens to any information involved.

Who runs this site

This is the personal website of Wishvesh Ujawane (Lead Technical Consultant, based in Nagpur, India). It is an information and learning resource for people working in or moving towards the Salesforce ecosystem. It does not run user accounts, a mailing list, a checkout or file downloads that require sign-in.

For any question about your information, email wishvesh.ujawane@gmail.com.

What is stored in your browser

A few small preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site behaves the way you left it. These stay on your device, are not sent to a server, and are not linked to your identity.

  • Theme preference — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
  • Analytics choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined Google Analytics.
  • Certification tracker — remembers which items you ticked on the tracker page.
  • Career path finder — your answers stay in the open page only and are cleared when you leave or refresh.

You can remove this at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It records pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising, remarketing and cross-site tracking features are turned off.

Consent is asked for, and denied by default. A small banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline. Until you accept, Google Analytics sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies your browser; it only receives cookieless, aggregate pings (Google “Consent Mode”). If you ignore the banner it closes after ten seconds, analytics stays off for that visit, and it asks again next time.

Your choice is saved in this browser only. To change it, use the link in the footer of any page, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

When you get in touch

The contact form does not submit anything to this site. It opens your own email app with a message pre-filled, and nothing you type is sent or stored until you send that email yourself. You can also email, book a call, or join the community directly.

When you contact Wishvesh by email, booking or WhatsApp, the details you share (such as your name, email address and message) are kept only as long as needed to reply and to follow up on your request.

Third-party services

Some actions hand you over to another service, which collects and handles data under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage measurement.
  • Calendly — when you book an intro call.
  • WhatsApp — if you join the learning community. Depending on group settings, other members may see your phone number.
  • Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube and Trailhead — opened on their own sites.

Please review each service’s own privacy policy before using it.

Your choices and rights

In line with the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal information you have shared directly, and you can withdraw a request to be contacted.

  • Clear locally saved preferences by clearing site data in your browser.
  • Decline analytics on the consent banner, or change your answer later via “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
  • Ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing wishvesh.ujawane@gmail.com.

No sensitive personal data is requested, and the site is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

As features such as forms, downloads or payments are added, this policy will be updated and the date above will change. Please check back from time to time.
